Northbound

  • Region Total crossings include Paso del Norte, Ysleta-Zaragoza, Bridge of the Americas (BOTA), Tornillo, and Santa Teresa.

  • El Paso Total crossings include Ysleta-Zaragoza, Bridge of the Americas (BOTA), and Paso del Norte (PDN).  

  • Tornillo replaced the Fabens port of entry. Traffic was diverted to nearby Tornillo port of entry on November 2014.

  • P3 is a reimbursable program that allows the City of El Paso to pay for Customs and Border Protection overtime, ensuring all lanes of City-owned ports are staffed during peak hours in an effort to reduce wait times.
